For steps 4 onward is actually the instructions given by boxxers on the first page but i break down into parts for those who do not know...no offense to those who know...Hopefully this helps...

ok so when u view your Medal of Honor folder you should have.
C > Program Files > Medal of Honor 2010 Limited Edition > MOHAGAME > Localization > PC > INT(this INT is from the extracted English folder (English>English>MOHAGAME>Localization>PC.)) 

Now do the same for Engine (English folder)
you should have for this one:
C>Program Files>Medal of Honor 2010 Limited Edition>Engine>Localization>INT(this INT folder is from the same English folder from above except its from this one: English>English>Engine>Localization.

EDIT: Delete the RUS folder btw

EDIT2: When you start the game and see that the graphics seems to be a bit weird(black patches etc) , just change the video mode to whatever you want then exit the game and go in again.

Not sure about this version of AVP but on mine i just have to go into the install directory and launch avp.exe not avp_dx11.exe, i have windows 7 64bit. Dont know if that helps at all.
